How far in advance should we schedule picture day?

As soon as possible! Most of our schools book several months—or even a year—in advance to lock in preferred dates.

How long does it take?

For preschools, we can photograph around 50 children in one morning. We work closely with you to create a schedule that flows smoothly—giving our photographers time to connect with each child while still keeping things moving. We build in breathing room for shy kiddos or wiggle breaks. We want the kids to genuinely enjoy their time with us!

For K–8 schools and studio events, we can send multiple crews to photograph hundreds of students in a single day. Our systems are built for scale without sacrificing quality.

What do you provide for prep?

Everything! Parent flyers, posters, digital reminders, and classroom schedules—fully customized for your school.

What do teachers need to do on picture day?

Very little. We handle the flow, keep kids engaged, and work with your classroom rhythm. You just help us get the class to the photo area—we take it from there.

How are photos delivered to families?

Parents receive a link to a private online gallery—no order forms or prepay required.

Can we include staff photos or class pictures?

Absolutely. We’ll guide you on options and timing so everything fits smoothly into your schedule.
