2. School Photography Services
Sugarlight provides school-authorized photography services in partnership with schools throughout Colorado.
Student galleries are intended only for authorized families and school use. Public sharing of private gallery access links is prohibited.
Schools retain authority over student records and participation in photography programs.
3. Ordering & Payments
When placing an order:

Payment must be made at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified.

Prices and product offerings are subject to change without notice.
All sales are subject to our retake, remake, and satisfaction policies.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us promptly so we can assist you.
4. Copyright & Image Use
All images are copyrighted by Sugarlight Photography.
When purchasing images:

You are granted a personal-use license for printing and sharing for non-commercial purposes.

Images may not be altered, resold, used for commercial purposes, or entered into contests without written permission.

School-delivered digital files are for personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Sugarlight retains full copyright ownership of all images.
5. Social Media Sharing
Families are welcome to share purchased images on personal social media accounts.
We encourage crediting Sugarlight Photography when sharing, but it is not required.
We reserve the right to request removal of altered or misrepresented images.
6. Promotional Use by Sugarlight
Sugarlight Photography may use images for promotional purposes consistent with school agreements or where appropriate permission has been granted.
If you prefer that an image not be used for marketing purposes, you may contact us to request removal.
7. Retakes & Satisfaction
We strive to provide a smooth, positive picture day experience.
If you are not satisfied with your child’s images:

Please contact us within a reasonable timeframe.

Retake opportunities may be available based on school scheduling.
Product remake requests must be submitted promptly after delivery.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sugarlight Photography is not liable for:

Delays caused by shipping carriers

Indirect or consequential damages related to purchases
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.
